I love to mix roasted garlic with soft butter and spead on french bread! This is how I roast my garlic.
1 whole garlic bulb
Drizzle of olive oil
Foil
* Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
* With a sharp knife, cut off the top 1/3rd of the bulb. Make sure you leave the end with roots.
* Put the garlic on a piece of foil and drizzle with olive oil.
* Wrap the garlic in the foil.
* Roast for 45-60 minutes until the garlic is soft, and golden-brown.
* Remove the garlic from the foil and squeeze to remove the soft roasted garlic.
