Caramel Apple Cupcakes


I saw these on Four Weeks Magazine. She uses a homemade cupcake recipe, filling, and homemade caramel topping. I must admit that I will take some short cuts when I make them. I will use a spice cake mix and add shredding apples to it, skip the filling, and use her caramel icing recipe. I think they will make a great addition to the fall festival at the school.
