These ghost lollipops are simple to make and a big hit at school Halloween parties. You will need
Tissue or white paper towels
Ribbon
Lollipops
Black Marker
Wrap a piece of tissue around a lollipop and tie a piece of ribbon around. Then draw on a cute little face.

My grandma used to do a Halloween party for all the kids & made these lolipops. They are cute & kids have so much fun with them.
