My daughter using the Pampered Chef Chopper. It is really easy for kids to use. I do not have to worry about them cutting their fingers or not chopping the stuff small enough.You can see photos of the veggies that my daughter chopped for our Mirepoix here.
Here are some things I love about it-
*Chop four to five make a rough chop.
*Fine dice takes eight to ten chops.
*Minced takes about fifteen.
Chopping that could have taken 30 minutes or more , can be completed in less than 10. Saving time is always on the top of my list. It is well worth the $30 it cost!
