Roasted Veggies



Daily Harvest




My kiddos selling the extra veggies. (Yes, my middle one has her shoes on the wrong feet.)



Our garden is over flowing with veggies. That means that we eat them every day. This is my favorite way to serve them.

Veggies, cut up
Oil, enough to coat
Salt, Pepper, Fresh Herbs


In roasting pan, toss vegetables with oil and herbs. Roast 1 hour until tender, stirring occasionally.
