I am not going to write a full recipe on this because it just something I invented late last night while I was hungry. I can tell you all I did was cooked the zucchini, shrimp, some garlic, butter, and fresh parsley in a skillet. I added a dash of salt and pepper at the end.
I can tell you that I LOVE my Titan Peeler and Julienne tool. It makes the best julienne veggies I have ever seen. I use it all the time! I bought mine off a TV but you can find them online and at some stores.

Zucchini noodles??? Brilliant. I'll have to buy one of those doo-dads so I can try it.
