Low Carb Chilidog Casserole


Hubby and I have been doing low carb off and on for a couple of years. This is one of our favorite meals. We give the kids bread with theirs and it make a great meal for the whole family.



2 lbs ground beef

1 pkg chili season

1 small can tomato sauce

1 pkg hotdogs

1-2 cups shredded cheese



1.
Fry and drain ground beef.

Add tomato sauce & chili seasoning package.

Simmer for 5 minutes


4.

Spread in bottom of a 9 by 13 pan

Cut hotdogs into rounds and layer over ground beef mixture.


6.

Top with cheese and cook in 350 oven 10 min


Top with sour cream and taco sauce.

This sounds great! I don't eat gluten, but I still eat things like potatos, oatmeal and rice. I tried the south beach diet and got really sick, so I vowed to never cut carbs out completely again. I can't wait to give this one a try I love chili dogs :)
