*I think the icing needs more lemon juice than called for. I added it to taste.
* I also added a little yellow food color to the icing. They just needed that lemon yellow color.
* The cake was OK but not amazing. I think I would have gotten the same result with a strawberry cake mix and it would have been less trouble.
