This project is brought to you by Karla H. She is expecting a baby and wanted a fun baby dresser. She got creative and this is the result. We love it!
The dresser before.
Drawers removed and it was painted using Rust-oleum brand spray paint in black semi- gloss. Two good coats should be enough.
The drawers and old handles were removed then she stapled foam batting down.
The finished project. It is a great way to dress up an old dresser.
This would be great for a child of any age and would be easy to make match any room decor.

For those of us who aren't as crafty, did she also staple the fabric to the batting and did she simply screw in the new drawer pulls and knobs through the fabric and batting?
I love the look but don't want to leave out something important.
Thanks!
