Weight Loss Wednesday/ Biggest Loser Update

I weighed in at 187.5 today!


I am down 5.5 lbs from last week!


Many people are asking how I am doing it.


I am eating 1,200 calories a day and exercising 30 minutes to 2 hours daily.
